Shipping & Delivery

When will I receive my order?
All orders will be processed within 3 business days upon payment approval, excluding holidays. Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Fridays. For handmade products, please allow an additional 5 business days to process and ship your order. We always do our best to complete all them as soon as possible. Once shipped, Standard UPS Ground shipments will reach you in 2-6 business days, depending on your shipping location.  You are able to select your shipping cost and options at the time of checkout. Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking number and confirmation outlining the details of your order. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order by email at order@xxxx.com

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! AORTA ships internationally via UPS. Shipment charges will be calculated based on the weight of your package, shipping location, and other various UPS charges. If you would like to place an international order, please choose according to the order form when you purchase our product.

Shipping Cost
Shipping costs depend on the size of the order. All orders are traceable. All international orders are sent by airmail Here are the breakdowns for domestic and international shipping prices.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.

International Custom Duties
Please note, International orders may be charged customs fees by the destination county’s government. We have no control over if, and how much you are charged for customs. We are not able to be responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.

Payment

How do I return an item ?
Complete the return form included on your packing list and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the package.

Ship your package using a carrier of your choice and keep the tracking details for your records. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
 

What is SBS return and exchange policy?
We want you to be happy with our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with our delivered goods, we offer you the possibility to return them within seven (7) days of receipt. The product needs to be returned in good conditions (i.e. in new, as shipped condition), with all original packaging and paperwork. The term begins with the receipt of the goods. Please open a return request on your AORTA account or contact us on order@XXX.com and we will send you the returns requirements. We do not cover the shipping costs of returning your goods, neither cover the shipping costs of replacing a new piece. Please note that you are liable for the item. However, all sale priced items are final sale and are unable to be returned. All items must be returned with the hang tags attached and all original packaging. Any merchandise without these items or considered worn may not qualify for a refund, or will be subject to a $15 restocking fee. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Due to our constantly changing inventory and high demand we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like an exchange, we recommend creating a return for a refund (the credit will appear within 5-7 business days) and selecting a new product.

Do you restock items that are sold out ? Many of our products are seasonal or limited-time only collaborations, which means when they sell out, they will not be restocked. However, our Classic styles are frequently restocked.

Product Disclaimer

Leather Maintenance Vegetable-tanning is a natural dying process and is generally done without applying any protective coating to the actual material. Due to the natural process, a single raindrop may stain the surface of vegetable-tanned Leather. However, with time the leather should slowly develop an organic broken-in finish. Instead of wearing out, a well treated piece of leather will age like a good Scotch. 


Clean & Care

  1. -- Start with a clean, flat surface. 

  2. -- Apply a small amount of solution =A02= on the AORTA cotton protection bag/cotton piece. 

  3. -- Gently rub a thin and even layer of =A02= on to the leather body, be sure to start from the center and then work your way out. 

  4. -- Please allow the solutions to dry out naturally in room temperature for at least 5 hours before use. DO NOT attempt to dry in direct heat or sunlight*** 

  5. -- Repeat the process every 3-4 months.


Edges Care

  1. -- Apply solution =A01= on the tip of a clean cotton swab. 

  2. -- Gently touch up a thin and even amount of =A01= on to the edges. 

  3. -- Use the AORTA cotton protection bag/cotton piece in order to re-burnish the edges by polishing it side to side with speed, this will create heat and cause the solution to melt. Repeat the process until it creates a smooth, polished surface. 

  4. -- Please allow the solutions dry naturally for at least 5 hours. DO NOT attempt to dry in direct heat of sunlight***

  5. -- Repeat the process every 2-3 months.
